As of December 2nd, Jens Bergensten, or 'Jeb,' was appointed to the lead developer spot of Minecraft pe download, confirmed by Marcus Person, also called 'Notch,' (the prior lead developer and creator of Minecraft) that his co worker, Jeb, was seizing, via twitter. Jeb is a huge constant addition to Minecraft, although the game originated by Notch. Jeb was alongside Notch while he added additions for the game including wolves, pistons and map structures. A quote from Notch stated that 'it would be a scary move, but I feel strangely confident' He's what exactly Minecraft needs at this time. Markus 'Notch' Persson recently disclosed that this original PC version of 'Minecraft' has sold 14 million units. 'Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition' and 'Minecraft: Pocket Edition' were able to accumulate tens of millions of copies each. Finally, the recently-released 'Minecraft: PS3 Edition' was able to rack up another million in sales.
However, the update does add one new feature on the game as it gives fans the ability to easily create a back-up of their save files while playing the sport. Players will now find a new 'copy save' option available in the Xbox 360 edition of Minecraft that will make a second type of their currently played game world.
